GiS has relationship with major Busway manufacturer and can offer Busbar energy distribution systems which can meet all power requirements in modern enterprises and buildings. Alterations in layouts, addition of machinery, and provision of power at various points can be achieved without disrupting the operational parts of the facility. Our Busbar has a full modular configuration. Power is distributed via isolated bars within a sheet metal or aluminum enclosure and is safely distributed using tap-off boxes which can be plugged in and out safely from tap-off outlets along the length of the busbar without interrupting the power supply to other equipment supplied by the same busbar.
Medium Voltage Busbar
- Our MV Busbar Systems are offered for customer’s use as 12 kV and 24 kV. Ensures safe and effective power transmission. MV CR is manufactured within a single frame as Al and Cu conductors embedded in the insulation material consisting of an alloy of exclusively selected silicon minerals and epoxy resin. Busbar system (Medium Voltage – Cast Resin Busbar) is designed to perform as 12 kV and 24 kV. It is manufactured up to the grade of 5700 A as standard. Busbar system (MV-CR) is formed by combining Copper and Aluminum conductors within tin-plated Al profile frame. As Al is a “Nonferrous” metal, it is a material lighter than the sheet metal. On the occasion that Al (Aluminum) is a fine conductor, it ensures grounding on the busbar frame.
Low Voltage Busbars
- Our LV electrical busway offers a complete line of compatible, sandwich-type feeder and plug-in busway lengths and fittings. It allows maximum flexibility, ease of installation, and offers electrical efficiency in the distribution of low voltage power for both commercial and industrial applications. The broad range of busway products include:
- Rated current 100A ~ 6300A；
- Patented product, sandwich structure, no chimney effect;
- Low impedance, low voltage, small occupied space;
- All aluminum shell, can be used as grounding conductor, through the 1000 hours salt spray test;
- Special quick connector, no special tool to install;
- The plug box with interlock device, convenient installation, prevent mis operation;
- Protection level up to IP65.
